Product Development
Demand-driven product roadmap responsive to project timelines.
Powering industries with innovative, reliable and future-ready engineering solutions — from initial research through to offshore commissioning.
To deliver innovative, end-to-end engineering and offshore-execution solutions that bring renewable energy from sea to grid — combining naval architecture, in-house equipment manufacturing and offshore project management to set the global benchmark for reliability, efficiency and customer outcomes.
To be the world's most trusted end-to-end partner for offshore-renewables development — from concept to commissioning.
Engineering decisions grounded in data and class — transparent with clients, partners and certifying bodies.
Precision-machined, class-approved, load-tested. Every package leaves the yard ready for 24/7 offshore duty.
In-house product development across cable lay, motion compensation and geotechnical drilling — purpose-built for the renewables era.
Engineering, fabrication, commissioning and operations under one roof — a single technology partner across the asset lifecycle.
IMCA-aligned procedures, class-certified interlocks, zero-LTI offshore campaigns. Safety engineered in, not bolted on.
Building the equipment that brings offshore wind, subsea cable and ocean-energy infrastructure to grid scale.
Demand-driven product roadmap responsive to project timelines.
Asian supply chain for fast delivery and close quality control.
Highly cost-effective compared to equivalent EU and US products.
Products engineered for Asian environments and project scales.
From a Singapore engineering practice in 2012 to a USD 30M+ delivery house in 2025 — and a path to complete Power & Fibre Optic EPC by 2028.
Decades of combined offshore, naval and project-execution experience — leading every Dimension delivery.
Anuj started his career with Keppel FELS Deepwater Technology Group and worked for leading consultants before founding Dimension to develop offshore engineering solutions and subsea products in Singapore for the Asian market. A known Technical Authority on submarine cable laying installations, cable-lay vessels, offshore power-cable systems, deepwater geotechnical drilling rigs and wind-farm installation vessels. He holds various patents.

At Dimension, we recognise that responsible business practices go beyond regulatory compliance. Our work in marine and offshore environments carries a direct obligation to the ecosystems, communities, and partners we operate alongside.
We approach Environmental, Social, and Governance responsibilities as integral to how we deliver projects — not as an afterthought. From reducing our operational footprint on marine biodiversity to maintaining rigorous safety standards across every worksite, sustainability is embedded in our project planning and execution process.
We continue to develop our ESG framework in alignment with industry best practices and the evolving needs of our clients and stakeholders.
Environmental
Operating in coastal and open-sea environments, we take our responsibilities toward marine ecosystems seriously. Our project teams implement environmental mitigation measures as standard practice, and we actively work to reduce emissions and waste across our operations.
Social
Our workforce is at the heart of every project we deliver. We are committed to maintaining a safe and inclusive working environment, investing in skills development, and building positive relationships with the communities and supply chains we work with.
Governance
Strong governance underpins trust with our clients, partners, and regulators. We operate with integrity, maintain robust compliance processes, and are developing clearer ESG reporting to provide stakeholders with meaningful visibility into our performance.
We focus our ESG efforts where they have the most meaningful impact — in the environments we work, the teams we deploy, and the long-term relationships we build.
Providing marine and offshore engineering services to support the growing offshore wind sector in the Asia-Pacific region, contributing to the regional energy transition.
Monitoring vessel fuel consumption and operational efficiency to identify opportunities for emission reduction and to meet client requirements for lower-carbon marine logistics.
Embedding safety leadership at every project level — from management to on-site crew — with systematic incident reporting, investigation, and continuous improvement practices.
Investing in training, competency frameworks, and career development pathways for our marine and engineering workforce, with a focus on upskilling for emerging offshore technologies.
Dimension is in the process of formalising our ESG reporting in alignment with GRI Standards and the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework. We are committed to providing our clients and stakeholders with transparent, accurate, and meaningful disclosures as our reporting matures.
