Enquiry form. When you use the form on our contact page we receive the name, email address, company and message you submit. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
Analytics. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages are read, how visitors arrive, roughly where they are in the world. IP addresses are anonymised. We do not run advertising or remarketing, and we do not share this data with advertisers.
This site sets no cookies until you choose. On your first visit you will see a bar at the bottom of the page offering Accept or Decline.
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, analytics storage is denied by default before you make that choice, using Google Consent Mode. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. If you accept, Google Analytics sets its own cookies to recognise returning visits. Your choice is stored in your browser and we will not ask again.
To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser and reload — the bar will reappear.
Where the GDPR applies, our legal basis for analytics is your consent, and for responding to an enquiry it is our legitimate interest in answering you and taking steps toward a contract. You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to withdraw consent at any time, and to object to processing. Email anuj@dimension.sg and we will respond within 30 days.
In Singapore, we handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as the commercial relationship is live and for up to six years after, to meet contractual and tax record-keeping obligations. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Google Analytics is provided by Google LLC and may involve transfer of data outside your country. Our website is hosted by Hostinger. We use no other third-party trackers, no advertising networks, and no social media pixels.
