Engineering, fabrication, FAT and commissioning of four cable carousels across three vessels: the featured 7,000 MT spread for LS Marine Solution's GL 2030 DP2 Cable Lay Barge (carousel + containerised loading tower + integrated 2 MT LCE + top-loading cable highway), the 2,500 MT and 9,000 MT carousels for Shinfox Far East's SFE Adventurer cable-lay vessel, and the 3,000 MT underdeck carousel with spooling arm for the Longyin 9 hybrid CLV newbuild. All builds use the same highly-modular, precision-machined platform with CNC-machined load-bearing rings concentricity-checked under full cable stack.

Mid-capacity carousel originally built for the SFE Adventurer cable-lay vessel and engineered as a fully-modular vessel-of-opportunity package — the same 2,500 MT spread can be mobilised onto any suitable MPSV / OCV with adequate deck loading for short-campaign cable lay work. CNC-machined slewing ring and bolted modular shell strike fast on deck; 4 × 75 kW Smart Inverter Drives synchronised with the vessel's tensioner / LCE for precise lay-rate matching.
