Rail quadrant system for deploying the second end of the cable for wind turbine export and inter-array cables, delivered as part of the GL 2030 DP2 Cable Lay Barge spread for LS Marine Solution. The motion-compensated quadrant and overboarding chute system extends the operating weather window of the cable lay operation and improves vessel uptime during deployment. Track quadrant with PU-coated rollers preserves cable bend radius at 4 m MBR while the active heave compensation tracks vessel motion in real time.

Full quadrant handling system package delivered as part of the SFE Adventurer cable-lay equipment package for Shinfox Far East's TPC2 inter-array and export cable installation in Taiwan. Built around a 5 m MBR rail quadrant with active motion compensation, the package integrates the launch & recovery A-frame, two stern chutes, a 132 kW direct-electric main winch, two 5 MT tugger winches, two quadrant tracks and a CPS / cable highway with full monitoring. ABS classed.
