Every build shares the same modular construction, drive architecture and safety package, and is electrically, hydraulically and mechanically tested before delivery.
Fixed boom, knuckle or telescopic boom, pedestal with slewing column, control panel, operator cabin and platform, shipped pre-tested.
Two motor-reduction gear units with safety valves and brakes drive the 360°-limited slew.
Hydraulic luffing cylinders with over-centre safety valves keep every lift controlled.
Hoist limit switch (anti-two-block), overload alarm, load-monitoring system and emergency stop on every build.
Hand-pump emergency lowering, with flood lighting for safe operation in low visibility.
Fully load tested and certified to BV or ABS Lifting Appliance on a project basis. Rated for Sea State 4.
